My name is Eleanor Smith but I prefer El. I am a 25 year old illustrator from the Uk. I have always loved art from a young age and decided in 2022 to study illustration at university.
I have always had a love for animals but due to my disability this means I could not have a carer with them so I show my love for living creatures through my art. I use mainly fine line to draw animals however I like to show my experimental side with different medias by creating playful backgrounds using inks and various coloured pens. 

I am an Illustrator who takes my time in every piece of work that I do. I will always listen to the client on what they expect from the commissioned piece of art to reach the standard that is expected. Each piece is unique and hand crafted by me.  

I am a disabled women has been since the age of 3 when I was diagnosed with a Brain stem tumour. After surgery on my brain stem, only removing 50% I became unable to walk and lost the use of my right arm. I was born right handed but due to surgery I have now learnt to use my left hand which allows me to be independent, write and most importantly draw.
